Artistry & Work Ethic

You have to be focused, disciplined, a hard worker, and willing to get your hands dirty! There is no quick fix to success! The ones who get to the top have a crazy work ethic. A simple google search of those people you admire will show you all they had to go through to get to where they are now. I hear, all too often, from artists “they aren’t even that talented, how did they get there?” The reality is talent is a small portion of the equation. There is a whole bunch of factors that go into becoming an artist and you must learn to manage your time so you can work on all of those areas. The truth is, there is not a lack of talent out there. There is not a person out there saying only five of you can come through to the top. The problem is that people tend to lack work ethic. The reality is nothing is going to get handed to you! In a quick fix world, we want things instantly, but that is not how any successful person reached the top. It is the complete opposite. They worked their a** off! So if you are looking for a quick fix or an easy way to get to the top I am sorry to tell you that you will be met with much disappointment. If you are able to instill good habits that ensure crazy work ethic I can guarantee you that you will find much success!
