Important to know:
- Lesson payment is due in full at the time of service.
- Payments may be made by cash, credit or check.
- Please make checks payable to Patrice Peris Voice Studios
- There is a $30 fee for any bounced checks. If a check should bounce please be prepared to pay the fee as well as the cost of the lessons before the next lesson.
- Students requesting the same weekly lesson time are required to purchase lessons on a monthly basis (4-5 at a time) to secure their lesson time for the month. Monthly payments are due the first week of the month.
- If you book a weekly lesson time, you will be scheduled for that time indefinitely until you inform us that you would like to switch times or end lessons.

Cancellation Policy
- Please be advised there is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all lessons. The full rate will be charged for all lessons canceled with less than 24-hour notice prior to the scheduled time.
- There are no refunds for missed or unused lessons.
- The monetary value will be held to missed lessons that are eligible to be rescheduled.
- Lessons canceled with more than 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within 60 days of the missed lesson date. If missed lesson is not rescheduled within 60 days, no makeup will be rewarded and you are responsible for the payment of the lesson.Â
