Studio owner Patrice Peris is at it again, with her latest release of “Perfect,” originally sung by Pink. Similar to the rockstar, Patrice also brings big vocals and raw emotion to the song, making it a must hear!

For Patrice, this song hits close to her heart, making it something she has wanted to cover for quite some time since its original release in 2010. When speaking about it she says, “Every time I hear this song it gives me the chills.

At the tender age of just five years old Amrita Kumar found her passion; “When I was a little younger than five years old, I remember seeing a movie titled No Reservations and being absolutely blown away by the music in the film. I picked up a keyboard and tried to pick out the notes myself, in which my parents knew that I was headed in a musical direction. That movie inspired me to begin piano lessons and later, singing and theatre” the young singer says.

From singing before the New England Patriots at Gillette Stadium in the fall, to the Boston Bruins at the TD Bank in the winter, studio vocal coach Whitney Doucet has become a seasoned Boston sports vocalist! And tonight she will be returning to Fenway Park for her first time this summer to perform the National Anthem!

“I wrote this song in a letter to myself as a reflection on the past ten years of my life. Every mistake, failure, heartbreak, and loss strengthened, change and made me who I am today. It takes more than just hard work to find happiness in a life full of late nights, stages and performing in front of thousands of people. You need to believe in yourself, believe in your dream, and give love to it everyday.

When talking about the single Taylor says, “I feel like we’ve all been in those situations where we are asking our friends and people close to us over and over again for advice, trying to hear what we want to hear about a situation that we know isn’t best for us.

Call Home (a coming of age song) is one of three new songs that will be released within the next few months by Whitney Doucet! On a similar theme, one of the songs touches base on the roughest times during the ride, and the other talks about the heartbreak and strength it takes to move forward during rough times.

After such a success last summer, we have decided to put together another full week of singing, performing, songwriting, dancing and seminars from top industry professionals, where artist will gain invaluable knowledge as to what it takes to make it in the music industry, all leading to a final showcase!
