The truth is so many fall back on “I can’t do (insert goal) because I don’t have the money”..or “resources”. Heck, I get it but the truth is this gives so many a crutch to lean on in order to justify why they didn’t achieve their goals.
Another truth is a quick google search would bring up results of some of the top leaders who started at the very bottom and rose to the highest heights. So what did they do if they had no money? Well, they were resourceful and most say they started to look at what those in higher positions were doing that was successful and just started implementing the techniques. So in a day of the internet and lots of resources do we really have a reason to not hit our goals? I’d say no. We may find in the journey we decide to shift gears and take another path, we may also find new doors we want to explore different than the main goal but either way the original goal and the path we take will lead us to a new territory that brings us to another level.
So STOP making excuses and start doing. Be resourceful, look at those ahead of you and study them, buy a book on the trade or occupation you are desiring to get into, or contact those in your field and start to work with them. Those are just a few of the things that can hopefully get you “unstuck”. So no more excuses! Let’s get some action in.
