[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Those that have worked with me have most likely heard me say on more than one occasion, “do not showcase what you are working on, showcase what you have.” It is common for a singer to get excited about a new song that they are working on and want to perform it out without really having it refined. Even though I love the enthusiasm, the problem is that you are showing the audience what you are working on, not your true potential. I am a big advocate that people can change and grow with practice, I have seen this over and over, and can see the potential in the artist; but the issue is that a vast majority of audiences will not. They are seeing you for the first time, and in some cases, it will also be the last time they will see you perform. You want to give them your best and showcase your fullest potential. So when thinking of your next set list, try to keep this in mind![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
